Mind and body have a close relationship with each other.This  link influence the health and quality of life.Mental attitude affects the physical attitude.And physical actions have also a great impact on mental state.Your way of thing and acting both effects mind and body.

Awareness:

When you are aware about your mind and body connection, you can improve your life. Because then you know about the illness in your mind and the disease in your body.And find the way to cure both.If you cure   mind illness then you can easily cure your body disease.It is because your mental attitude can help you to  remove your physical pain, if you are thinking positively about the pain.

Be aware about the energy flowing in between both mind and body.Scan Your mind and body and try to learn their incoming and outgoing messages.

Sensations:

Brain make sense of simulations which are physical.Notice that whether your sensations are pleasant one or unpleasant.Are these sensations leaving positive impact on your, or discomforting you.For example listening of any musical instrument voice, making you comfortable or tiring your mind and body both.

Try to control negative stimulation’s that effects mind and body negatively.And follow the sensations until they fades.

Exercise:

Take a deep breath and close your eyes.Hear what is the message receiving your mind and body both from each other?.

Are you really in love with your job?Since childhood we see a lot of dreams. At that time when someone asked us what we want to become and we replied “to be a doctor, engineer, lawyer, teacher or whatever”.But does everyone of us become what we want to be in our childhood?

A fact that every wish cannot be granted in a same way, in which we want.

In childhood we want to become this and that but we didn’t know at that time that we can only do the things which we are made for to do.

In our life we make many compromises because of various circumstances we face. Which in some cases we don’t want to make but still makes against our wish in order to survive. Compromise sometimes throw us in state of happiness and doesn’t allow us to enjoy our life.

Lets suppose a salesman who want to become a doctor in his childhood, but his life circumstances doesn’t allow him to become a doctor and he started working as a salesman. He blames and complains about life difficulties a lot and do his work just to feed himself and family.But he can enjoy his life if he stops complaining about his work and take interest in it. To become a doctor can be his wish but not his interest and being a salesman is his compromise, but he is not happy with a work he is doing to fulfill his needs. 

Life doesn’t ends at one point.

Think that salesman who can get more from his life.If he tries to get interest in his work and enjoy whatever he is doing. for example developing interest in talking with customers  can give him pleasure and make him to work more productively. And at the same point he can think that if he was a doctor then he also talk to his patients.He then can polish his salesmanship skills and get more of it and also get peace and balance in his life while enjoying his work.

Stop at a moment then move ahead!

If you are not interested in what you want to do, then stop at a moment. Take a deep breath and then move ahead for  your passion, for your interest, and for which you feel pleasure while doing.

Doubt is your mental state which hangs you in between; what if/ whether. Sure/unsure. You are in belief/ disbelief, questioned state. You are in fear to choose. It is like a true and false. With your doubtful mind you cannot judge anything efficiently and effectively.  Doubt throws you in a basket of anxiety, make you embarrass and worthless and restricts your creativity, judging and decision power.

However being doubtless mean free of doubt. In state of certain surety. You have a believe that it can be true or is absolutely right. In certain case you are uncertain but very less that doesn’t matter a lot. To be doubtless is important in taking big steps. If you are free from any doubt then it means you are more confident about yourself.

Here are few ways to be doubtless.

1. Define your doubts to yourself;

When you are aware about your doubts. Then define them clearly to yourself with every minute detail. Make a sense what make you to be a doubtful in certain condition. For example you are into starting a business but you have so many doubts in starting, first you think you don’t have the guts to do this thing, you are uncertain about business idea, you are not hiring a certain person because you have a doubt on him too, etc. Now you have defined your doubts then work on them to get rid of them.

2. Believe on yourself;

For being doubtless, you should have to get a certain degree of believe on yourself. You know very well what can make you powerful (i.e. belief). When you are aware of yourself, you believe on yourself more. You know what make you strengthen and what make you weak. If you have too much doubt on yourself, you don’t bother to believe yourself; then no one can believe on you too. So believe first on yourself and then on whatever you do.

3. Take challenges and move ahead;

Everyday life itself is a challenging. But good thing is that how you make yourself compatible with these challenges without any doubt. You are in a state whether you can win or if you lose i.e. doubting yourself. So don’t concentrate on whether or if. Be a risk taker, take a challenge, tackle with a doubtful risk and move ahead.

4. Answer yourself;

Whatever you do in your life, wherever you are moving in your life you are answerable to yourself first. If you are moving on with some doubts then answer all the questions lying in your head first. Answer all the possibilities of that which questioned what if or whether. Now you have all the answers, choose from them which are doubtless and can make things possible for you.

5. Resist disruptions;

One of the reasons having so many doubts is distractions surrounding around you and inside you. These can be in form of anything or any person and inside your beliefs too. These distractions resist you to do big in life. So before they resist you, you have all to do is to resist these distractions first. Whatever you do you have to focus on the things with clarity of mind and heart without any ruin of doubts or uncertain beliefs. With clearly focused you nourish a plant of your success without any doubt and get the ripen fruit of your efforts. And all this can happen when you eliminate point of distractions.

Wise in a way: You can take best decisions.

To start early a day is one of the habits of successful people. Getting up early make you a time to go for walk or exercise, to get a breakfast, to complete your tasks, do the homework done, to read newspaper, time for family etc. Then it left for you a plenty of time to complete pending tasks, to go the office or college.

Morning is a peaceful time where you get silent moments without any distractions. And what you can do in silent moments? You can take more work from your brain because you are more energizing in morning and willpower is also at peak in morning.

Thus rising early affects you positively both psychologically and physiologically. It is the best time for creative work and taking decisions too because your mind works sharp in morning.

Tip: If you are not a morning person try to adopt morning habit slowly. And remind yourself that you are more productive in morning, if you wake up early you can complete your many tasks in a start of the day.

What makes me to feel better in morning is to see dew drops or walk on the grass having dew drops, giving me soothing and pleasant effect and to see greenery in morning gives cooling effect to eyes.

Early to bed:

Many of us go to bed early but do not get a good sleep soon because we are thinking about our day activities or any other type of thoughts comes in our mind, which stop us to get good sleep.

Tips to go early to bed so that you can get 7-8 hours of good sleep and then wake up early in morning.

  • Before you go to the bed on night, make a list of performing tasks of tomorrow or check the list if you have already made it on weekly or monthly task basis, add anything in it or remove.
  • Plan your morning on night. What you will do in morning extra hour? Which clothes do you wear tomorrow? Where you will go? Have a morning meeting? Are you prepared for meeting? Ask questions to yourself.
  • Before sleep do not use alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes.
  • With your close eyes imagine one thing which makes your day good.
  • Think positively.  Think about the pleasant moments of the day. Avoid negative thoughts.
  • Try to say thanks for a day.
  • Forgive others before sleeping and left with you no regrets.

Happiness starts with your thoughts:

What are you thinking right now? Is there any negative thought in your mind right now? Is there any negative word in your mind that is making you unhappy? Are you in guilty mode? If yes to all this then what can you do?

You first need to get rid of these thoughts which make you unhappy, which throws you in bin of misery. Whenever negative thought comes overcome it with your positive thought. And think about your every problem with calm and consider it as a challenge not a problem. And you will notice yourself that how happy you are even in a problem and giving end to a problem with smile. And don’t make yourself mad about thinking unnecessary things. Be in reality and think real, rational and logical too.

Beliefs:

If you believe on yourself, then you are utilizing your energy positively not wasting it. Then it became easy to get success. With belief you can turn your dreams into reality. Belief that you can get whatever you want in your life. Believing on yourself bless you with happiness. This belief itself has a power to open the door of happiness.

Remove all the doubts which you are nurturing and replace them with a strong belief. And then you can conquer the every battle of the world. If you belief everything is possible, yes you can then turn the impossible into possible. It is your belief that gives you direction that makes you to follow your dreams that make you to walk on the right path and reach at your destination.

Remember your beliefs are the foundations of your success in every phase of life. If you believe on good then good definitely happens. You just need to belief on it.

Actions:

When you have thought to be happy and take a decision that how you can be happy, then take an action, which plays its role in creating happiness. Don’t feel guilty if your expectations doesn’t come true by taking particular type of an action then change the way to take an action i.e. change your planning, keeping goal alive.

From the past experiences and lessons learnt build the new foundations with firm believe on you. That this can time your action doesn’t make you fail and you get what you what. Try to enjoy the every process while moving towards your goal, whether it is failure or victory. Enjoy it in order to be happy with whatever you have in your life. Take very little steps and enjoy the journey.

Believe and think that it is easier to be happy and to enjoy your life.

Are you a person who reviews on night all day activities? If you are not then you should start to do this, because;

Best way to review your day is to VISUALIZE YOUR ALL DAY ACTIVITIES IN 30 sec to 1 min from the point of awakening to the time when you are on bed for sleeping. Review all activities in order and do not jump from sequence. Doesn’t it look like a meditation or a movie running in front of your eyes?
