2. Ask how instead of why:

Don’t think that why you are been put to this situation?Why you are been facing hardships?Why i am in this problem?Why this happen to me?

Just think that how you can get out of the hardships?How you can turn your lose in to profit?How you can overcome the evil forces in your life? Find the answers of how and then act accordingly.

3. Avoid negative assumptions:

Don’s assume negative things in your life, not for yourself and not even for others. Don’t judge  yourself as well as others on the basis of negative assumptions.Just look for good in yourself and ignore all the bad’s. And try to fix all the bad’s in your life first.

With every hardship there is an ease

We see a lot of people in our surrounding unhappy. They are not happy with their job, partner, home, and with their life too. In their sadness they forget about other joys of life.

We forget that with every hardship there is an ease (AL QURAN).Only we have to find this ease from hardship in our life but we don’t do this generally and go into depression. There are so many pleasant things and moments to look for in our life but stripe of sadness is so strong on our eyes that we can’t see these joys.

When you feel sad than start just thinking for things that are joyous for you that can make you to forget about sadness. For example you are sad about your body, and then start thinking about other blessings given to you by ALLAH ALMIGHTY. Think you have eyes to see, ear to hear, hands to work, legs and feet to walk and say thanks to ALLAH ALMIGHTY for all this. When you are in gratitude moment sadness doesn’t tries to harm you. Just appreciate nature for all the blessings bestowed on you.

Remember there is a shining morning of every dark night. You just have to wait with patience for that morning it comes on its own time. And it doesn’t come earlier not later but only on its pre-written time. It doesn’t mean that you sit only and just wait. But along wait don’t stop doing efforts for bringing sunshine of your life.

Not every time there are good things been happening. But it doesn’t mean that good is not present in your life. It is present you just have to see good on other side of bad thing. Because coin is not same from both side. There is good for some reason, bad for another some reason. But what that reason is? Really look for that.

People are happy because they choose to be happy. They look positively even from negative. And learn lessons from negativities. Their expectations are always for good thing they don’t expect worst, whether it will happen or not. They are feeding their brain with all the positivity’s and yes success comes to those no doubt sooner or later, but it is sure.

Is your Aim matches your Wants?

Aiming big, high, more, less, little doesnot matter until you don’t know what you want to do with yourself?with your life?

It is like a journey on a road without knowing where your destiny lies?

We often listen that aiming big, achieving high.  Suppose you aimed high and achieved big. Is it all that you really want to get from your life? Is it satisfying for you? Or there is a hole inside you remaining unfulfilled despite of achieving your aim?

If yes. Then it happens because you are aiming and achieving what you don’t want from your heart to get.

Reality  is that what we want is what we aim. But not always.

Suppose you aim to achieve certain X degree in order to get X job. So you got a degree and after that you got a job too matching your degree. But  after a certain time you realize that you are not happy with your job, with your lifestyle. It is because you had previously an aim that doesnot matches what you really want.

Mainly because for setting an aim of your life you haven’t listened voice of your heart. You haven’t discover what you really want to get from your life. You are unhappy because whatever you have achieved is not what you want.

So before aiming and achieving high, you should have all to do is to be to get awareness about your wants,  discover them, learn about them, realize them and then finally take an action to move forward in land of aiming big and achieving high. Every step of which  you enjoy and whose results gives you more pleasure and satisfaction.
