Think that salesman who can get more from his life.If he tries to get interest in his work and enjoy whatever he is doing. for example developing interest in talking with customers  can give him pleasure and make him to work more productively. And at the same point he can think that if he was a doctor then he also talk to his patients.He then can polish his salesmanship skills and get more of it and also get peace and balance in his life while enjoying his work.

Is success a measure of quantity or quality? Is successful a man who owns a millions of dollars and other materialistic possessions?.

Answer is No! Because only wealth does not make you a successful. For a success you need other things too because it demands a lot to be successful. Many wealthy people are still unsuccessful. Study them, you will get a point.

  1. Be aware of your anger:

Become sensible to your feelings of anger. Differentiate your emotions when you are responding normally or angry in certain type of situations. It is awareness moment when you become aware of your anger. Now you know very well of responsible factors of your anger. And become conscious of your anger triggers.

  1. Realize the root cause of anger:

Now you know what make you angry in certain type of situation? Remember any recent situation which made you to lose your temper. Write down everything about that situation. Now go through it and identify the main root cause of anger. Keeping in mind the points that what make you angry at that time; e.g. isn’t it somebody’s words, attitude or surrounding environment (e.g. noise) etc. Know why you become angry? Why you lost your temper? Why you react aggressively? What makes you to behave like that?

Getting answer of these questions from yourself and the situation make you to be aware of the source of anger.

  1. Examine your inner self.

You realize the root cause of your anger now examine yourself internally. Remind yourself anger is an internal emotion that effects internally and externally both. So correct yourself from internal first. Examine your points of adhere beliefs. Take notice of your issues. See the both sides of coin.

For example seeing a somebody always make you to lose your temper. What you have to do is to examine what issue you have with him/her? What type of things in him you dislike? So see the things which can make him likeable to you and to all others. When you notice all things then schedule a time and sit with him and resolve your issue. Realize that it is not something in him which you dislike but it is inside yourself which make you to react with him rudely. So you have to work yourself on first. That’s why old saying suits you that what you think is what you are.

  1. Move away from anger:

Yes it is possible to move away from anger. Imagine that you are stuck in traffic for an hour due to some reasons suddenly and you have a meeting, you come out early but still traffic makes an issue for you to not reach on time. And it makes you to lose temper and become angry with traffic.

So what you should do? First just make yourself calm down. Relax. Notice all the vehicles surrounding you. People inside them also want to reach at their destinations on time. So you are not the only one in this ocean of traffic.

So why you become angry? Why not to concentrate on other positive things? Observing the surroundings. Listening a motivational audio book or again revising your meeting points and informing others that you are stuck in traffic suddenly.

All these things make you to move away from anger and don’t make you to waste your energy, which you can utilize, somewhere.Thinking about alternatives make you to move away from anger.

State 5: Rage- You totally lost yourself. And do not behave normally, every work you speak and everything you do in this situation is not as you say and do normally. You are out of control.

State 3: Anger- Now you are in real anger. Physical symptoms of anger start arousing at that time i.e. mind warm up, heat beat increases etc.

Healthy in a way: Perform exercise, eating healthy breakfast, feels psychologically and physiologically better.

Wealthy in a way:  You done more productive work with excellence and proficiency, complete the tasks on time.

Wise in a way: You can take best decisions.

To start early a day is one of the habits of successful people. Getting up early make you a time to go for walk or exercise, to get a breakfast, to complete your tasks, do the homework done, to read newspaper, time for family etc. Then it left for you a plenty of time to complete pending tasks, to go the office or college.

Morning is a peaceful time where you get silent moments without any distractions. And what you can do in silent moments? You can take more work from your brain because you are more energizing in morning and willpower is also at peak in morning.

Thus rising early affects you positively both psychologically and physiologically. It is the best time for creative work and taking decisions too because your mind works sharp in morning.

Tip: If you are not a morning person try to adopt morning habit slowly. And remind yourself that you are more productive in morning, if you wake up early you can complete your many tasks in a start of the day.

What makes me to feel better in morning is to see dew drops or walk on the grass having dew drops, giving me soothing and pleasant effect and to see greenery in morning gives cooling effect to eyes.

Early to bed:

Many of us go to bed early but do not get a good sleep soon because we are thinking about our day activities or any other type of thoughts comes in our mind, which stop us to get good sleep.

Tips to go early to bed so that you can get 7-8 hours of good sleep and then wake up early in morning.

  • Before you go to the bed on night, make a list of performing tasks of tomorrow or check the list if you have already made it on weekly or monthly task basis, add anything in it or remove.
  • Plan your morning on night. What you will do in morning extra hour? Which clothes do you wear tomorrow? Where you will go? Have a morning meeting? Are you prepared for meeting? Ask questions to yourself.
  • Before sleep do not use alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes.
  • With your close eyes imagine one thing which makes your day good.
  • Think positively.  Think about the pleasant moments of the day. Avoid negative thoughts.
  • Try to say thanks for a day.
  • Forgive others before sleeping and left with you no regrets.

Happiness is our choice over sadness and miseries. When you are happy you feel yourself more alive and energized. Happiness is inside you, you just need to make it come out with full zest. But many of us don’t bother to see and find the happiness in ourselves. Instead of that we remain frustrated and blame the luck and others for being unhappy. We our self-become resistance in our way of happiness and make it more complicated to find. Often we kill our joy from our own hands because we choose misery, we choose to be sad. And we do not try to put our whole effort to overcome miseries with smile and become happier.

Here are 3 words with which your happiness starts; thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Happiness starts with your thoughts:

What are you thinking right now? Is there any negative thought in your mind right now? Is there any negative word in your mind that is making you unhappy? Are you in guilty mode? If yes to all this then what can you do?

You first need to get rid of these thoughts which make you unhappy, which throws you in bin of misery. Whenever negative thought comes overcome it with your positive thought. And think about your every problem with calm and consider it as a challenge not a problem. And you will notice yourself that how happy you are even in a problem and giving end to a problem with smile. And don’t make yourself mad about thinking unnecessary things. Be in reality and think real, rational and logical too.

Beliefs:

If you believe on yourself, then you are utilizing your energy positively not wasting it. Then it became easy to get success. With belief you can turn your dreams into reality. Belief that you can get whatever you want in your life. Believing on yourself bless you with happiness. This belief itself has a power to open the door of happiness.

Remove all the doubts which you are nurturing and replace them with a strong belief. And then you can conquer the every battle of the world. If you belief everything is possible, yes you can then turn the impossible into possible. It is your belief that gives you direction that makes you to follow your dreams that make you to walk on the right path and reach at your destination.

Remember your beliefs are the foundations of your success in every phase of life. If you believe on good then good definitely happens. You just need to belief on it.

Actions:

When you have thought to be happy and take a decision that how you can be happy, then take an action, which plays its role in creating happiness. Don’t feel guilty if your expectations doesn’t come true by taking particular type of an action then change the way to take an action i.e. change your planning, keeping goal alive.

From the past experiences and lessons learnt build the new foundations with firm believe on you. That this can time your action doesn’t make you fail and you get what you what. Are you a person who reviews on night all day activities? If you are not then you should start to do this, because;

  3. It will tell you that have you completed to-do-list tasks today.

  11. You can also overview or count the blessings of the day bestowed to you by Allah in a day.
  12. It will also help you in knowing your memorizing ability, in a way that what are the things of the day that you can recall.

Best way to review your day is to VISUALIZE YOUR ALL DAY ACTIVITIES IN 30 sec to 1 min from the point of awakening to the time when you are on bed for sleeping. Review all activities in order and do not jump from sequence. Doesn’t it look like a meditation or a movie running in front of your eyes?

Aiming big, high, more, less, little doesnot matter until you don’t know what you want to do with yourself?with your life?

It is like a journey on a road without knowing where your destiny lies?

We often listen that aiming big, achieving high.  Suppose you aimed high and achieved big. Is it all that you really want to get from your life? Is it satisfying for you? Or there is a hole inside you remaining unfulfilled despite of achieving your aim?

If yes. Then it happens because you are aiming and achieving what you don’t want from your heart to get.

Reality  is that what we want is what we aim. But not always.

Suppose you aim to achieve certain X degree in order to get X job. So you got a degree and after that you got a job too matching your degree. But  after a certain time you realize that you are not happy with your job, with your lifestyle. It is because you had previously an aim that doesnot matches what you really want.

Mainly because for setting an aim of your life you haven’t listened voice of your heart. You haven’t discover what you really want to get from your life. You are unhappy because whatever you have achieved is not what you want.

So before aiming and achieving high, you should have all to do is to be to get awareness about your wants,  discover them, learn about them, realize them and then finally take an action to move forward in land of aiming big and achieving high. Every step of which  you enjoy and whose results gives you more pleasure and satisfaction.

  9. Explore the opportunities for your interest and then finally go for it.For example if you love to travel around a world then you should need to explore opportunities for it and ways for travelling profitably i.e. enjoy travelling+earning money through it.
  10. Decide what are those things that you are most capable to do.

  12. Set up your mind for loss and gain, both. And pre-evaluate solutions for the loss and the problems that you might face.
