We are living in a society. Society is a name of mutual cooperation and connection. So how one can be a successful without anyone’s co operation?. Your success is a network, linkage and connection of others who also put effort in making you successful. They can be your parents, siblings, friends, relatives, teachers, co workers etc. Everyone have a some role in making you successful. You alone cannot get credit of your success.

For instance,  a huge famous restaurant owner  success is nothing without a co operation of chefs, waiters,food providers and other staff members plus his customers too are important to make him successful restaurant owner.

So whenever you need help take it from others in any way without hesitation because it is important to be successful. You alone cannot do everything by yourself.

3.  Utilize every second of available time

It is not necessary to work 16-18 hours daily in order to succeed. Some people are more successful by giving 4-6 hours performance. Because they are managing their time and utilizing every second of available time positively without wasting it in unfruitful activities. They are spending less time and putting their best effort in getting  quality work done honestly.

Manage your time in a best way and prioritize your tasks. Which task is more important do it first in a limited time. And enjoy rest of time or do any other activity in that time.

4. Quantity does not matters quality does

Is success a measure of quantity or quality? Is successful a man who owns a millions of dollars and other materialistic possessions?.

Answer is No! Because only wealth does not make you a successful. For a success you need other things too because it demands a lot to be successful. Many wealthy people are still unsuccessful. Study them, you will get a point.

Some people are successful in their field. Is wealth can get credit of him being successful? No! He is successful because he does not blindly run behind a wealth. He does not believe on overnight success. Whatever he do, he do it honestly, he enjoy it, he is loyal to his ambitions, he works hard, he utilizes his abilities and talents in a right way on a right time, he is organized, he manages his time fruitfully, most importantly he learns from his mistakes and avoid repetitions. He is doing something which make him enjoy his life and open the paths of success for others too.

All these things can give him success and wealth too, but not success for wealth or wealth for success. So whatever you do keep quality first and quantity least.

5. Difficulties comes in anyway

Hardships lies not only before and after success. They can come in anyway in anytime. Being successful does not mean that now you don’t face any difficulty. Getting success is not great but maintaining it and beating obstacles in its way is great.

Nothing is easy in our life and nothing is impossible too in this world, important thing is that how we are dealing with our life issues, how we are tackling with hardships, in which way we are removing thorns in our way of success.

So whatever success you have achieved maintain it, fight with the hurdles. Don’t be disappointed. Continue your efforts, enjoy your success and failures too. Healthy in a way: Perform exercise, eating healthy breakfast, feels psychologically and physiologically better.

Wealthy in a way:  You done more productive work with excellence and proficiency, complete the tasks on time.

Wise in a way: You can take best decisions.

To start early a day is one of the habits of successful people. Getting up early make you a time to go for walk or exercise, to get a breakfast, to complete your tasks, do the homework done, to read newspaper, time for family etc. Then it left for you a plenty of time to complete pending tasks, to go the office or college.

Morning is a peaceful time where you get silent moments without any distractions. And what you can do in silent moments? You can take more work from your brain because you are more energizing in morning and willpower is also at peak in morning.

Thus rising early affects you positively both psychologically and physiologically. It is the best time for creative work and taking decisions too because your mind works sharp in morning.

Tip: If you are not a morning person try to adopt morning habit slowly. And remind yourself that you are more productive in morning, if you wake up early you can complete your many tasks in a start of the day.

What makes me to feel better in morning is to see dew drops or walk on the grass having dew drops, giving me soothing and pleasant effect and to see greenery in morning gives cooling effect to eyes.

Early to bed:

Many of us go to bed early but do not get a good sleep soon because we are thinking about our day activities or any other type of thoughts comes in our mind, which stop us to get good sleep.

Tips to go early to bed so that you can get 7-8 hours of good sleep and then wake up early in morning.

  • Before you go to the bed on night, make a list of performing tasks of tomorrow or check the list if you have already made it on weekly or monthly task basis, add anything in it or remove.
  • Plan your morning on night. What you will do in morning extra hour? Which clothes do you wear tomorrow? Where you will go? Have a morning meeting? Are you prepared for meeting? Ask questions to yourself.
  • Before sleep do not use alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes.
  • With your close eyes imagine one thing which makes your day good.
  • Think positively.  Think about the pleasant moments of the day. Avoid negative thoughts.
  • Try to say thanks for a day.
  • Forgive others before sleeping and left with you no regrets.

Happiness starts with your thoughts:

What are you thinking right now? Is there any negative thought in your mind right now? Is there any negative word in your mind that is making you unhappy? Are you in guilty mode? If yes to all this then what can you do?

Review your day

Review your day

Journaling or reviewing your all day activities of the day is a best idea.

Are you a person who reviews on night all day activities? If you are not then you should start to do this, because;

  1. This will tell you about all your mistakes which you have done on day but didn’t realize while doing them.
  2. You then know more about your expended time and energy.
  3. It will tell you that have you completed to-do-list tasks today.
  4. You will get acknowledge yourself about the bad’s and good ones of the day.
  5. You will realize in the end that how you have spent your day and how you can do more to spend your everyday fruitfully.
  6. You will know about the lessons learnt in the day.
  7. You will judge about your communication level that how you have interacted and communicated with others?
  8. You will learn about your life phase where improvement is needed, by recognizing your weak and lacking point of the day.
  9. You will realize your strengths, weaknesses, your struggles in the day and learn that how can you do the best? How can you overcome your weaknesses? Which phase  needs improvement?
  10. What is the new thing that you have learnt today? And how well you have learnt that one? And how you can do more of that?
  11. You can also overview or count the blessings of the day bestowed to you by Allah in a day.
  12. It will also help you in knowing your memorizing ability, in a way that what are the things of the day that you can recall.

Best way to review your day is to VISUALIZE YOUR ALL DAY ACTIVITIES IN 30 sec to 1 min from the point of awakening to the time when you are on bed for sleeping. Review all activities in order and do not jump from sequence. Doesn’t it look like a meditation or a movie running in front of your eyes?
