Are you really in love with your job?Since childhood we see a lot of dreams. At that time when someone asked us what we want to become and we replied “to be a doctor, engineer, lawyer, teacher or whatever”.But does everyone of us become what we want to be in our childhood?

A fact that every wish cannot be granted in a same way, in which we want.

In childhood we want to become this and that but we didn’t know at that time that we can only do the things which we are made for to do.

In our life we make many compromises because of various circumstances we face. Which in some cases we don’t want to make but still makes against our wish in order to survive. Compromise sometimes throw us in state of happiness and doesn’t allow us to enjoy our life.

Lets suppose a salesman who want to become a doctor in his childhood, but his life circumstances doesn’t allow him to become a doctor and he started working as a salesman. He blames and complains about life difficulties a lot and do his work just to feed himself and family.But he can enjoy his life if he stops complaining about his work and take interest in it. To become a doctor can be his wish but not his interest and being a salesman is his compromise, but he is not happy with a work he is doing to fulfill his needs. 

Life doesn’t ends at one point.

Think that salesman who can get more from his life.If he tries to get interest in his work and enjoy whatever he is doing. for example developing interest in talking with customers  can give him pleasure and make him to work more productively. And at the same point he can think that if he was a doctor then he also talk to his patients.He then can polish his salesmanship skills and get more of it and also get peace and balance in his life while enjoying his work.

Set a time for writing according to your ease. Or write when you are feeling yourself to giving more productive output.Usually this time can be a morning, when brain works more sharp and productive.

3. Writing Environment

Where you feel yourself more comfortable, start writing there.It can be your study room, living room, park,coffee house, etc.But avoid any distractions that disturb you while writing.That environment should be clean and have a proper light and a place where you can easily get fresh oxygen.

4. Decide chapters of  book

Before writing decide on rough estimate that how many chapters you have to write to give your message properly. Estimate that how many words you need to write for one chapter. for example; it can be 40,000-60,000 words, if you are writing standard nonfiction book or novella.

5. Get Motivation

In order to keep flowing ideas, read constantly. Read something that inspires you to write more. That motivate you to write your best and help you to overcome writer’s block.

6. Check for grammar and other common mistakes

After finishing writing book.Read all again and check for grammar mistakes and other things which you want to add or remove.

7. Share you writing for early feedback 

Before final publishing share your writing project with your friends, family or with other well-known authors. However being doubtless mean free of doubt. In state of certain surety. You have a believe that it can be true or is absolutely right. In certain case you are uncertain but very less that doesn’t matter a lot. To be doubtless is important in taking big steps. If you are free from any doubt then it means you are more confident about yourself.

1. Define your doubts to yourself;

When you are aware about your doubts. Then define them clearly to yourself with every minute detail. Make a sense what make you to be a doubtful in certain condition. For example you are into starting a business but you have so many doubts in starting, first you think you don’t have the guts to do this thing, you are uncertain about business idea, you are not hiring a certain person because you have a doubt on him too, etc. Now you have defined your doubts then work on them to get rid of them.

2. Believe on yourself;

For being doubtless, you should have to get a certain degree of believe on yourself. You know very well what can make you powerful (i.e. belief).   • For Book: are you flooded with all required information for publishing your book? Make you expert, learner, warrior. Have you possess a convinceable and clear conveying message pattern for your writing to your audience to whom you are writing for?

-Time-bound, trackable and tangible goals.

Become sensible to your feelings of anger. Differentiate your emotions when you are responding normally or angry in certain type of situations. Now you know what make you angry in certain type of situation? Remember any recent situation which made you to lose your temper. Write down everything about that situation. So see the things which can make him likeable to you and to all others. When you notice all things then schedule a time and sit with him and resolve your issue. Yes it is possible to move away from anger. Imagine that you are stuck in traffic for an hour due to some reasons suddenly and you have a meeting, you come out early but still traffic makes an issue for you to not reach on time. And it makes you to lose temper and become angry with traffic.

So what you should do? First just make yourself calm down. Relax. Notice all the vehicles surrounding you. People inside them also want to reach at their destinations on time. So you are not the only one in this ocean of traffic.

So why you become angry? Why not to concentrate on other positive things? Observing the surroundings. Listening a motivational audio book or again revising your meeting points and informing others that you are stuck in traffic suddenly.

Starting a day early:

We heard many times a beautiful phrase said by Benjamin Franklin;

Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.

Healthy in a way: Perform exercise, eating healthy breakfast, feels psychologically and physiologically better.

Wealthy in a way:  You done more productive work with excellence and proficiency, complete the tasks on time.

Wise in a way: You can take best decisions.

To start early a day is one of the habits of successful people. Getting up early make you a time to go for walk or exercise, to get a breakfast, to complete your tasks, do the homework done, to read newspaper, time for family etc. Then it left for you a plenty of time to complete pending tasks, to go the office or college.

Morning is a peaceful time where you get silent moments without any distractions. And what you can do in silent moments? You can take more work from your brain because you are more energizing in morning and willpower is also at peak in morning.

Thus rising early affects you positively both psychologically and physiologically. It is the best time for creative work and taking decisions too because your mind works sharp in morning.

Tip: If you are not a morning person try to adopt morning habit slowly. And remind yourself that you are more productive in morning, if you wake up early you can complete your many tasks in a start of the day.

What makes me to feel better in morning is to see dew drops or walk on the grass having dew drops, giving me soothing and pleasant effect and to see greenery in morning gives cooling effect to eyes.

Early to bed:

Many of us go to bed early but do not get a good sleep soon because we are thinking about our day activities or any other type of thoughts comes in our mind, which stop us to get good sleep.

Tips to go early to bed so that you can get 7-8 hours of good sleep and then wake up early in morning.

  • Before you go to the bed on night, make a list of performing tasks of tomorrow or check the list if you have already made it on weekly or monthly task basis, add anything in it or remove.
  • Plan your morning on night. What you will do in morning extra hour? Which clothes do you wear tomorrow? Where you will go? Have a morning meeting? Are you prepared for meeting? Ask questions to yourself.
  • Before sleep do not use alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes.
  • With your close eyes imagine one thing which makes your day good.
  • Think positively.  Think about the pleasant moments of the day. Avoid negative thoughts.
  • Try to say thanks for a day.
  • Forgive others before sleeping and left with you no regrets.

Motivate yourself in morning for the day and motivates yourself  on night for the next day:

Happiness is our choice over sadness and miseries. When you are happy you feel yourself more alive and energized. Happiness is inside you, you just need to make it come out with full zest. But many of us don’t bother to see and find the happiness in ourselves. Instead of that we remain frustrated and blame the luck and others for being unhappy. We our self-become resistance in our way of happiness and make it more complicated to find. Often we kill our joy from our own hands because we choose misery, we choose to be sad. And we do not try to put our whole effort to overcome miseries with smile and become happier.

Here are 3 words with which your happiness starts; thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Happiness starts with your thoughts:

What are you thinking right now? Is there any negative thought in your mind right now? Is there any negative word in your mind that is making you unhappy? Are you in guilty mode? If yes to all this then what can you do?

You first need to get rid of these thoughts which make you unhappy, which throws you in bin of misery. Whenever negative thought comes overcome it with your positive thought. And think about your every problem with calm and consider it as a challenge not a problem. And you will notice yourself that how happy you are even in a problem and giving end to a problem with smile. And don’t make yourself mad about thinking unnecessary things. Be in reality and think real, rational and logical too.

Beliefs:

If you believe on yourself, then you are utilizing your energy positively not wasting it. Then it became easy to get success. With belief you can turn your dreams into reality. Belief that you can get whatever you want in your life. Believing on yourself bless you with happiness. This belief itself has a power to open the door of happiness.

Remove all the doubts which you are nurturing and replace them with a strong belief. And then you can conquer the every battle of the world. If you belief everything is possible, yes you can then turn the impossible into possible. It is your belief that gives you direction that makes you to follow your dreams that make you to walk on the right path and reach at your destination.

Remember your beliefs are the foundations of your success in every phase of life. If you believe on good then good definitely happens. You just need to belief on it.

Actions:

When you have thought to be happy and take a decision that how you can be happy, then take an action, which plays its role in creating happiness. Don’t feel guilty if your expectations doesn’t come true by taking particular type of an action then change the way to take an action i.e. change your planning, keeping goal alive.

From the past experiences and lessons learnt build the new foundations with firm believe on you. That this can time your action doesn’t make you fail and you get what you what. Try to enjoy the every process while moving towards your goal, whether it is failure or victory. Enjoy it in order to be happy with whatever you have in your life. Take very little steps and enjoy the journey.

Believe and think that it is easier to be happy and to enjoy your life.

Journaling or reviewing your all day activities of the day is a best idea.

Are you a person who reviews on night all day activities? If you are not then you should start to do this, because;

  1. This will tell you about all your mistakes which you have done on day but didn’t realize while doing them.
  2. You then know more about your expended time and energy.
  3. It will tell you that have you completed to-do-list tasks today.
  4. You will get acknowledge yourself about the bad’s and good ones of the day.
  5. You will realize in the end that how you have spent your day and how you can do more to spend your everyday fruitfully.
  6. You will know about the lessons learnt in the day.
  7. You will judge about your communication level that how you have interacted and communicated with others?
  8. You will learn about your life phase where improvement is needed, by recognizing your weak and lacking point of the day.
  9. You will realize your strengths, weaknesses, your struggles in the day and learn that how can you do the best? How can you overcome your weaknesses? Which phase  needs improvement?
  10. What is the new thing that you have learnt today? And how well you have learnt that one? And how you can do more of that?
  11. You can also overview or count the blessings of the day bestowed to you by Allah in a day.
  12. It will also help you in knowing your memorizing ability, in a way that what are the things of the day that you can recall.

Best way to review your day is to VISUALIZE YOUR ALL DAY ACTIVITIES IN 30 sec to 1 min from the point of awakening to the time when you are on bed for sleeping. Review all activities in order and do not jump from sequence. Doesn’t it look like a meditation or a movie running in front of your eyes?

With every hardship there is an ease

We see a lot of people in our surrounding unhappy. They are not happy with their job, partner, home, and with their life too. In their sadness they forget about other joys of life.

We forget that with every hardship there is an ease (AL QURAN).Only we have to find this ease from hardship in our life but we don’t do this generally and go into depression. There are so many pleasant things and moments to look for in our life but stripe of sadness is so strong on our eyes that we can’t see these joys.

When you feel sad than start just thinking for things that are joyous for you that can make you to forget about sadness. For example you are sad about your body, and then start thinking about other blessings given to you by ALLAH ALMIGHTY. Think you have eyes to see, ear to hear, hands to work, legs and feet to walk and say thanks to ALLAH ALMIGHTY for all this. When you are in gratitude moment sadness doesn’t tries to harm you. Just appreciate nature for all the blessings bestowed on you.

Remember there is a shining morning of every dark night. You just have to wait with patience for that morning it comes on its own time. And it doesn’t come earlier not later but only on its pre-written time. It doesn’t mean that you sit only and just wait. But along wait don’t stop doing efforts for bringing sunshine of your life.

Not every time there are good things been happening. But it doesn’t mean that good is not present in your life. It is present you just have to see good on other side of bad thing. Because coin is not same from both side. There is good for some reason, bad for another some reason. But what that reason is? Really look for that.

People are happy because they choose to be happy. They look positively even from negative. And learn lessons from negativities. Their expectations are always for good thing they don’t expect worst, whether it will happen or not. They are feeding their brain with all the positivity’s and yes success comes to those no doubt sooner or later, but it is sure.

We often listen that aiming big, achieving high.  Suppose you aimed high and achieved big. Is it all that you really want to get from your life? Is it satisfying for you? Or there is a hole inside you remaining unfulfilled despite of achieving your aim?

If yes. Then it happens because you are aiming and achieving what you don’t want from your heart to get.

Reality  is that what we want is what we aim. But not always.

Suppose you aim to achieve certain X degree in order to get X job. So you got a degree and after that you got a job too matching your degree. But  after a certain time you realize that you are not happy with your job, with your lifestyle. It is because you had previously an aim that doesnot matches what you really want.

Mainly because for setting an aim of your life you haven’t listened voice of your heart. You haven’t discover what you really want to get from your life. You are unhappy because whatever you have achieved is not what you want.

So before aiming and achieving high, you should have all to do is to be to get awareness about your wants,  discover them, learn about them, realize them and then finally take an action to move forward in land of aiming big and achieving high. Every step of which  you enjoy and whose results gives you more pleasure and satisfaction.

  1. You can become more active and productive if you do what you are passionate about doing.
  2. In order to know your passion & interests, take a round trip of your skills and capabilities by judging yourself.
  3. Remind yourself the activities of your childhood, which fascinates you and that you liked a lot to do and got good results. In this way you can know about your interests well.
  4. Make a list of all of your interests and hobbies and categorize them according to your potential.
  5. Brainstorm the ideas and ways  and make a plan what, how, and when you do.
  6. Try to be realistic in doing what you want to do.
  7. Get more knowledge, information or resources about your interest. Meet people who have similar interests like you.
  8. Overcome your all type of  fears.  Stop believing that adopting your interest or hobby  as a profession is risky and not a good deal. With this state of believe and fear you never be able to get state of happiness and success.
  9. Explore the opportunities for your interest and then finally go for it.For example if you love to travel around a world then you should need to explore opportunities for it and ways for travelling profitably i.e. enjoy travelling+earning money through it.
  10. Decide what are those things that you are most capable to do.
  11. Know your potential skills and find the ways through which you can polish them more.
  12. Set up your mind for loss and gain, both. And pre-evaluate solutions for the loss and the problems that you might face.
  13. Try to add sense of creativity, what you are being doing.
  14. Share with your friends, family or well wishers about your passions and get feedback, ideas  and advice from them. These people can guide and help you in doing what you love to do.
  15. Find a mentor and get some inspiration and motivation from them.
  16. Don’t wait for a specific moment. Make a  firm decision and act accordingly.
  17. Plant grows slowly, so try to be patient.

When you do what you love to d, then you feel yourself more energized because your potential to give productive output increases. So its better to spend your energy on tasks which you are passionate about to accomplish.
